If you’re a lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender senior (50+) in need of just about any type of assistance, the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Senior Services Department will either help or refer you to LGBT-welcoming service providers who can.

The Diversity Center’s 60Plus Senior Program offers LGBTQ+ Seniors in Santa Cruz County and the surrounding area opportunities to enhance their quality of life through social and recreational activities. They also provide LGBTQ+ Aging Cultural Sensitivity trainings to local senior service organizations to support them in improving their services to better understand and serve LGBTQ+ elders.

SteppingStone, also known as North & South of Market Adult Day Health, is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that operates four Adult Day Health Care Centers serving residents of San Francisco. They are licensed by the California Department of Public Health and certified as a Medi-Cal provider by the California Department of Aging.
