The Alzheimer’s Association California Central Coast Chapter provides free education programs, support services and care consultations across Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties while also supporting critical research toward a cure.

The Alzheimer’s Association California Southland Chapter provides free educational programs, support services and care consultations across the Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern, Tulare, Kings and Inyo counties while also supporting critical research towards a cure.

The Alzheimer’s Association, Orange County Chapter is there to help families, caregivers, health care professionals, and those living with the disease by providing education and support, advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and all other dementia, and advancing critical research to develop new treatments and, ultimately, a cure.

Jewish Family and Children’s Services exists to provide professional and volunteer services for the purposes of developing, restoring, and maintaining the competency of families and individuals of all ages. Each year, more than 17,000 older adults in the Bay Area benefit from JFCS’ senior programs.

The mission of Kimochi, Inc. is to provide a continuum of culturally-sensitive programs and services to all seniors and their families to preserve their dignity and independence, with a focus on the Japanese American and Japanese speaking community.

Since 1969 the Los Angeles LGBT Center has cared for, championed, and celebrated LGBT individuals and families in Los Angeles and beyond. If you’re a lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender senior (50+) in need of just about any type of assistance, the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Senior Services Department will either help or refer you to LGBT-welcoming service providers who can.

On Lok is a community-based organization, working closely with community partners to improve policy and innovate senior services.

Openhouse enables San Francisco Bay Area LGBTQ+ seniors to overcome the unique challenges they face as they age by providing housing, direct services and community programs.

Peninsula Family Service's Older Adult Services help people stay connected to their community, their neighbors, and their passion for life. Through their programs they promote health, mobility, independence, and reduce rates of illness and injury, as well as ensure aging members of the Bay Area live better, together.

The Golden Grounds mission it to create a dynamic senior LGBTQ+ group committed to the support and empowerment of its members through open, positive, authentic sharing and discussion of member life experiences, practices, knowledge, and wisdom.

DAS coordinates services for older adults, veterans, people with disabilities, and their families to maximize safety, health, and independence.

The Diversity Center’s 60Plus Senior Program offers LGBTQ+ Seniors in Santa Cruz County and the surrounding area opportunities to enhance their quality of life through social and recreational activities. They also provide LGBTQ+ Aging Cultural Sensitivity trainings to local senior service organizations to support them in improving their services to better understand and serve LGBTQ+ elders.

Self-Help for the Elderly promotes independence, well-being, and dignity for older adults through culturally aligned services and programs in the San Francisco Bay Area.

SteppingStone, also known as North & South of Market Adult Day Health, is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that operates four Adult Day Health Care Centers serving residents of San Francisco. They are licensed by the California Department of Public Health and certified as a Medi-Cal provider by the California Department of Aging.

The mission of the UCSF Memory and Aging Center is to provide the highest quality of care for individuals with cognitive problems, to conduct research on causes and cures for degenerative brain diseases, and to educate health professionals, patients and their families.
