ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - COLORADO CHAPTER

The Alzheimer’s Association of Colorado is the premier source of information and support for Coloradans living with dementia and their families and caregivers. The statewide network of offices provide a broad range of free programs and services, funding for Alzheimer's and dementia research, and advocacy efforts on behalf of Coloradans.

BOULDER COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING

Their mission is to deliver, fund, and advocate for services that promote well-being, independence, and dignity for older adults, people living with disabilities, caregivers, and veterans in Boulder County.

COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES - OLDER ADULT SERVICES

CDHS's Office of Adult, Aging and Disability Services fosters independence to Coloradans through access to seamless and responsive personalized service. The office focuses on services and programs benefiting older adults, people with disabilities, and veterans and veterans’ spouses requiring skilled nursing and domiciliary care.

SAGE OF THE ROCKIES

The SAGE of the Rockies program is a welcoming space to take an engaging class, try a new activity, attend a fun event, or find social support. As an affiliate member of the nationwide SAGE (Services and Advocacy for GLBT Elders) network, the program is designed for older adults (age 50+) in the LGBTQ community and their allies.
