Roland Weekley

Mr. Weekley’s practice concentrates in the areas of trusts and estates, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit organizations, and tax law.


Mr. Weekley is experienced in all aspects of family business and wealth planning, estate planning, guardianship and conservatorships, and probate administration. His experience includes drafting complex wills, trust agreements, buy-sell agreements, and operating agreements. Mr. Weekley has also represented companies in corporate and transactional matters including stock purchases, asset purchases, and general corporate matters. Mr. Weekley has represented individuals and businesses in resolving their tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service and the Georgia Department of Revenue.


Mr. Weekley received his B.A. degree in English literature from Georgia State University in 2008. In 2017, he received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Mercer School of Law, where he served on the Mercer Law Review. In 2018, Mr. Weekley also earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin School of Law.
