The mission of the Alzheimer's Association - Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

The primary goal of Elder Services of Worcester Area is to keep eligible elders and younger disabled individuals safe at home for as long as is possible. They aim to do so by providing in home and community services.

Ethos is a private, not-for-profit organization that promotes the independence, dignity, and well-being of the elderly and disabled.

HopeHealth is a non-profit organization serving thousands of people each year in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our caregivers support patients and their families through all stages of illness, providing hospice care, palliative care, home care, and dementia and Alzheimer’s support services and grief support.

Stonewall at OLLI is a community of older LGBTQ learners at UMass Boston's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI), committed to providing a safe, friendly and welcoming place for people of all sexual orientations, gender identifications and expressions.

WestMass ElderCare (WMEC) is a private, non-profit agency located in Holyoke, MA. Since 1974, they have served the community by providing information, resources, and long-term care services to older adults and people with disabilities so they can remain comfortable in their homes and not in an institution. They also offer support to families and caregivers who are caring for their loved ones.
