ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - GREATER MISSOURI CHAPTER

Serving 86 counties in Missouri and 10 in Illinois, the Alzheimer's Association Greater Missouri Chapter works tirelessly to support the over 120,000 people in the region currently living with Alzheimer's and their caretakers. The Greater Missouri Chapter is committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer's disease and advancing criticla resarch toward methods of treatment, prevention, and ultimately a cure.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - HEART OF AMERICA CHAPTER

The Alzheimer’s Association - Heart of America Chapter is the premier source of information and support for the 50,000 individuals and 200,000 family members and care partners living with dementia in their service area. Through their bi-state network of offices, the Heart of America Chapter offers a broad range of programs and services, including a 24-hour Helpline (800.272.3900), at no cost to families. They fund advancements in research to prevent, treat and ultimately conquer this disease and, with their volunteers, raise awareness of, and advocate for, the needs and rights of people with dementia.

MISSOURIANS AGING WITH PRIDE (MAP)

Missourians Aging with Pride strives to enhance the quality of life of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender older adults through advocacy and community awareness.
