The Alzheimer’s Association, New Mexico Chapter is a nonprofit that provides support, fundraising and advocacy on behalf of the 43,000 New Mexicans with Alzheimer’s disease and their 85,000 unpaid family caregivers.

SAGE ALBUQUERQUE

The mission of SAGE Albuquerque is to provide support for older LGBT people in the Albuquerque Metropolitan Area through advocacy, social programs, education, support groups, and resource distribution. They counter isolation, fear, and loneliness by creating a caring community of LGBT elders who will look out for each other and share some laughs.

SENIOR CITIZENS LAW OFFICE - PRIDE IN AGING

The purpose of the Pride in Aging Project is to raise awareness about the concerns of LGBT elders and the unique barriers they encounter in gaining access to housing, healthcare, ong-term care and other needed services as well as to provide LGBT seniors and their families with legal support and resources.
