ALDER HEALTH SERVICES

Alder Health Services improves the health and well-being of individuals living with HIV/AIDS and members of the LGBTQ+ communities in South Central Pennsylvania by providing an inclusive and affirming environment that empowers the people they serve.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - DELAWARE VALLEY CHAPTER

The Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter is the premier source of information and support for the more than 489,000 residents in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania who are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and their more than 809,000 caregivers. Through its network of staff and volunteers, the Chapter offers a broad range of free programs and services, funding for Alzheimer's and dementia research, and advocacy efforts on behalf of those across the region.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - GREATER PENNSYLVANIA CHAPTER

The Greater Pennsylvania Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association serves 59 counties in western, central and northeastern Pennsylvania through its offices in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, along with a network of dedicated staff and volunteers across the Commonwealth.

CENTRAL PA LGBT CENTER - AGING WITH PRIDE PROGRAM

The Aging with Pride program promotes a space for LGBTQ+ older adults in Central PA to find community, connection, and support. There is no specific age range for this program, and no pre-registration is required to participate.

LGBT ELDER INITIATIVE AT WILLIAM WAY

The LGBT Elder Initiative (LGBTEI) is committed to assuring that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender older adults have rights and opportunities to live vibrant, creative and mutually supportive lives. To achieve this vision, the mission of the LGBTEI is to foster and advocate for services and resources that are competent, culturally sensitive, inclusive and responsive to the needs of LGBT elders in the Delaware Valley and beyond.

PALawHELP.org is a guide to legal information and free civil legal services for low-income persons and seniors in Pennsylvania. Here you can locate information on a variety of legal issues, as well as information on how to contact programs providing legal assistance in Pennsylvania. This includes basic eligibility and contact information for the programs proving free legal assistance in Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Department of Aging works to ensure that older adults across Pennsylvania have access to quality services and supports that help them age and live well.

PENNSYLVANIA LEGAL AID NETWORK

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. is a client-centered organization that provides leadership, funding, and support to improve the availability and quality of civil legal aid and direct legal services for low income people and victims of domestic violence in Pennsylvania.

PERSAD CENTER - SENIOR PROGRAMS

Persad Center is dedicated to providing caring, confidential services that match the unique needs of LGBTQ+ people as they age. They draw upon decades of experience working with the LGBTQ+ community to deliver support and services that help older adults live full, healthy and independent lives.

SAGE PHILADELPHIA

The William Way LGBT Community Center is a proud member of the SAGE Affiliates Network, a national network that links seniors with vital services in their communities. Their LGBT Senior Program is known nationally as SAGE Philadelphia.

SENIOR LAW CENTER

The SeniorLAW Center exists solely to seek justice for older people by using the power of the law, educating the community, and advocating on local, state, and national levels.
