Serving all of Rhode Island, the Alzheimer’s Association Rhode Island Chapter is there to help. They provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout their community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families. They are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

HopeHealth is a non-profit organization serving thousands of people each year in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our caregivers support patients and their families through all stages of illness, providing hospice care, palliative care, home care, and dementia and Alzheimer’s support services and grief support

Founded in 1995, Pride in Aging RI is an intergenerational and culturally diverse nonprofit organization. Pride in Aging RI is dedicated to promoting, empowering, and contributing to the high quality of life for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender senior citizen community in Rhode Island through service, education, and advocacy.

The mission of SAGE /RI is to serve as a leader in identifying, addressing and bringing attention to issues related to aging among members of the LGBT community; to partner with constituents, allies and other stakeholders to create a culture in which older LGBT members of the community can enjoy a high quality of life; to support aging members of the community and advocate for their rights; to foster a greater understanding of LGBT aging; and to promote positive images of LGBT life in later years.
