ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - VERMONT CHAPTER

The Alzheimer’s Association, Vermont Chapter is there to help. They provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout the community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families. They are also committed to advocating for the needs and rights of those facing Alzheimer’s disease and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

PRIDE CENTER OF VERMONT - MOMENTUM

Momentum is a network of LGBTQ+ Vermonters working to create opportunities for a vibrant, diverse, safe, and joyful community of adults over the age of 55. While the Momentum program and events are open to people of all ages, they are designed to address the specific needs of Vermont’s LGBTQ+ aging population.

SENIOR SOLUTIONS - COUNCIL ON AGING FOR SOUTHEASTERN VERMONT

The mission of Senior Solutions - Council on Aging for Southeastern Vermont is to promote the wellbeing and dignity of older adults.

THE RAINBOW BRIDGE COMMUNITY CENTER

The RBCC is a non-profit devoted to serving the needs of the Central Vermont LGBTQIA2S+ community. Located in Barre, VT, we center on creating a safe, accessible space to support community resiliency through advocacy, education, support, and play. We strive to be a true community center where joy, healing, and love flourish.

VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

The mission of the Vermont Department of Health is to protect and promote the best health for all Vermonters

VERMONT LEGAL AID

Vermont Legal Aid is a non-profit 501(c)(3) law firm established in 1968. They provide civil legal services for Vermonters, including those living in poverty, with a disability, or over age 60. They also serve anyone who is discriminated against in housing decisions. They also help all who face challenges related to health care insurance or services.
