The Alzheimer's Association Central and North Florida Chapter serves 43 counties with education and support, as well as raising funds for critical research.

The Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas is a non-profit organization that has been serving seniors and individuals with disabilities in their community since 1974. They serve as the Aging and Disability Resource Center for the entire two county area, providing an initial entry point for all aging and disability social services and coordinating a network of partners and providers to better meet the needs of our aging population.

Founded in 1998, EasyLiving is dedicated to improving the lives they touch and is there to serve. Their highly trained and compassionate Caregivers provide customized home care based on the individual needs and schedules of each client, allowing the client to enjoy life on their own terms.

ElderSource empowers people to live and age with independence and dignity in their homes and community. They have caregiver support and LGBTQ workshops.

Lambda Living Program for LGBTQIA+ Seniors is proud to offer programming, counseling and assistance for the LGBTQIA+ community 55 and older.

Metro Inclusive Health is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides quality health and wellness services that are inclusive, relevant, supportive & represent the lifetime continuum of the diverse people in our community. They are also SAGE affiliated.

SAGE (Senior Action in a Gay Environment) of South Florida is a nonprofit organization that enriches the lives of the LGBT senior community through membership inclusive of age, gender, race, nationality, and religion. They accomplish this by sponsoring social alternatives providing personal interaction, offering educational opportunities to deal with the special needs of aging, and promoting contact with the isolated and homebound persons of the community.

SunServe is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social services agency serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) community in South Florida. They provide high quality, culturally relevant care for all with an emphasis on those in financial need, minorities, youth, seniors, HIV+ persons, and those with life-challenging physical or emotional conditions.

The OWLs program aims to empower LGBT+ seniors in Central Florida by reiterating the idea that everyone has the inherent right to be who and what they want to be. It does this by serving as positive role models and active members of the community at large, connecting LGBT+ seniors to the resources they need to make informed decisions, and respecting them as the unique individuals they are as well as their family of choice.
