ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - CENTRAL AND WESTERN KANSAS CHAPTER

The Alzheimer's Association is the premier source of information and support for individuals, family members and care partners living with dementia in this service area. This chapter offers a broad range of programs and services, including a 24-hour Helpline (800.272.3900), at no cost to families. They fund advancements in research to prevent, treat and ultimately conquer this disease and, with volunteers, raise awareness of, and advocate for, the needs and rights of people with dementia.

The Alzheimer’s Association - Heart of America Chapter is the premier source of information and support for the 50,000 individuals and 200,000 family members and care partners living with dementia in this service area. Through this bi-state network of offices, the Heart of America Chapter offers a broad range of programs and services, including a 24-hour Helpline (800.272.3900), at no cost to families. They fund advancements in research to prevent, treat and ultimately conquer this disease and, with volunteers, raise awareness of, and advocate for, the needs and rights of people with dementia.
