ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - DELWARE VALLEY CHAPTER

The Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter is the premier source of information and support for the more than 489,000 residents in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania who are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and their more than 809,000 caregivers. Through its network of staff and volunteers, the Chapter offers a broad range of free programs and services, funding for Alzheimer's and dementia research, and advocacy efforts on behalf of those across the region.

The Greater New Jersey Chapter is the premier source of information and support for the more than 190,000 residents in New Jersey who are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and their more than 361,000 caregivers. Through its network of staff and volunteers, the Chapter offers a broad range of free programs and services, funding for Alzheimer's and dementia research, and advocacy efforts on behalf of those across the region.

BERGEN COUNTY LGBTQ+ ALLIANCE - SENIOR MEETUP

A monthly queer Seniors event creating a space for 60+ Seniors to come together both In-person and on Zoom.

COPSA INSTITUTE FOR ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND RELATED DISORDERS

COPSA recognizes the challenges faced by people with memory loss, their families, and their professional caregivers. COPSA aims to provide education, services, and supports for all people who identify as LGBTQIA+.

HUDSON PRIDE CENTER - RAINBOW ELDERS OF NEW JERSEY

Rainbow Elders of New Jersey is a contact, information and support group whose mission is to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ older adults.

LEGAL SERVICES OF NEW JERSEY

LSNJ coordinates the statewide Legal Services system, which provides free legal assistance to low-income New Jerseyans for their civil legal problems. Through its work, LSNJ strives to secure substantive and procedural justice for those living in poverty.

QSPOT LGBT COMMUNITY CENTER - BUDDY PROGRAM FOR OLDER LGBT ADULTS

The Buddy Program provides companion visits to older members of the LGBT community who are alone, homebound, hospitalized or otherwise physically or socially isolated.

STATE OF NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES - DIVISION OF AGING SERVICES

The Division of Aging Services (DoAS) administers a number of federal and state-funded programs that make it easier for older adults to live in the community as long as possible with independence, dignity and choice.
