By providing easy access to services, amenities and opportunities, Age-Friendly Columbus and Franklin County are working together to ensure a high quality of life for people of all ages and abilities. This is made possible through research, inclusive planning, advocacy and a dedication to innovation.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - CENTRAL OHIO CHAPTER

The Alzheimer’s Association Central Ohio Chapter serves Marion, Delaware, Marysville, Lancaster, Circleville, Columbus and all the cities across 10 counties in Central Ohio.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - CLEVELAND AREA CHAPTER

Since 1980, the Cleveland Area Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association has provided free care and support services to individuals and their families living in cities including Ashtabula, Cleveland, Mentor, Avon, Lorain and beyond.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - GREATER CINCINNATI CHAPTER

The Alzheimer’s Association Greater Cincinnati Chapter serves individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementia, their families and caregivers in 37 counties in Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - GREATER EAST OHIO AREA CHAPTER

The Alzheimer’s Association Greater East Ohio Chapter, serves individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementia, their families and caregivers in 17 counties in Greater East Ohio.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - MIAMI VALLEY CHAPTER

The Alzheimer's Association Miami Valley Chapter is there to help local families dealing with dementia and serves Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble and Shelby counties. They offer a broad range of free programs and services, funding for Alzheimer's and dementia research, and state advocacy efforts.

ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - NORTHWEST OHIO CHAPTER

The Alzheimer’s Association Northwest Ohio Chapter serves 24 counties in Northwest Ohio including Allen, Ashland, Auglaize, Crawford, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Huron, Knox, Lucas, Mercer, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood, and Wyandot.

FRANKLIN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS - OFFICE ON AGING

The Office on Aging provides centralized access to diverse programs and individualized services for older adults, dependent adults, and their families so they can preserve their independence.

LGBT COMMUNITY CENTER GREATER CLEVELAND - RAINBOW PIONEERS

Rainbow Pioneers is a social support group that serves LGBTQ+ individuals ages 50+. Rainbow Pioneers programming provides participants with a safe, affirming space and allows members to engage in a variety of activities ranging from Art Therapy to Joint Mobility Exercises.

PRO SENIORS

Pro Seniors provides education, advice, advocacy, representation and justice for seniors in Ohio through their three programs, all provided at no cost to clients.

RAINBOW ELDER CARE OF GREATER DAYTON

Rainbow Elder Care of Greater Dayton provides advocacy, educational resources, support and referral services to the elder LGBT community and straight allies in the Greater Dayton area in ways that affirmatively address their unique needs and enhance their quality of life.

STONEWALL COLUMBUS - TRAILBLAZERS

The Trailblazers is a program at Stonewall Columbus for LGBTQ+ Adults ages 55+. Trailblazer events include support groups, seminars/workshops, the Trailblazer Newsletter, and social outings.
