Headquartered in Charleston, with regional offices located in Parkersburg, Martinsburg and Morgantown, the Alzheimer's Association West Virginia Chapter offers free information and support for West Virginia residents living with dementia, their families, and caregivers.

Legal Aid of WV is a statewide nonprofit organization providing free legal services and advocacy. They ensure dignity and equal justice is available to all West Virginians, not just those who can afford it.

WVSLA provides free civil legal services for senior West Virginians age 60 and over.
